REI provides unique solutions through highly skilled employees utilizing the best analysis tools available. A large majority of REI personnel have advanced engineering degrees. REI's personnel are multi-skilled professionals who retain the flexibility to contribute to a variety of applications and fill a variety of roles at REI.

REI's technical staff are currently divided into four groups: Advanced Programs, Computational Technologies, Engineering Analysis, and Engineering R&D. REI also utilizes several highly-qualified Technical Advisors (among REI's senior staff) to provide expertise and guidance on a variety of projects. REI's support staff provide office management and information systems administration duties.
